What it does
The Housing Database is designed to allow Property Administrators (such as Housing Officers) to record and manage Property Details in a single or multi-user configuration across a Local or Wide Area Network and over the Internet. Access to the system is controlled by deploying the application programs supplied.

The Housing Database can be custom configured for Windows (98, 2000, XP and 2003), Macintosh (OS9 and OS X), Unix and Linux.

The Administration module includes all application modules and is used to manage Property Data. Tools are included to manage all aspects of the database including facilities to generate usage reports, print property listings and write external backup files that permit data recovery.


The Search module is used to locate and browse suitable properties from those made available using the Administration Module. The Search Module allows you to search for properties entered from any workstation across a local- or wide-area network.


The Housing Web permits properties to be entered and published over the Internet. Information about properties can be restricted to prevent access by unauthorised users. External access is regulated using a password controlled by the Administrator.
